To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure someone is available to receive your order on delivery day. While we strive to get everything right, we can’t take responsibility for incorrect addresses or missed deliveries. We’ll keep you updated on your order’s status, so you’re always in the loop!
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 48 hours before dispatch. We’re happy to issue refunds within this timeframe, and please note that some changes may incur additional charges.
